These wrist wraps are made to provide extra stability and assurance when you're lifting heavy weight. They are made to wrap tight around your wrist and give you the support you need. They come in two styles Regular, and Heavy Duty. Most people are fine with the regular wrist wraps but if you're doing heavy amounts of weight or going for a PR you might want to try the Heavy Duty wraps.
